Omschrijving onderdeel 2 (bij Diependaalseweg 31, 31A en 33): HISTORISCHE TUIN- EN PARKAANLEG
De deels in structuur en deels in detail bewaarde tuinaanleg in landschapsstijl dateert uit het begin van de negentiende eeuw en is in de loop van de tijd erg verwaarloosd. Tussen 1988-1990 is een groot deel van het bomenbestand van het dicht begroeide park gekapt om de structuur terug te brengen. Een deel van het oude slingerende padenpatroon rond de vijver is teruggevonden en hersteld. Ook zijn nieuwe elementen (borders, hagen en een buxusaanleg met kweek- en snijtuin) in het park geïntergreerd. De aanleg wordt aan de zuidkant en langs de Diependaalseweg omsloten door zeventiende-eeuwse rijen lindenbomen. Het belangrijkste element is de gebogen vijverpartij gestoffeerd met solitairen. De hoofdas van de aanleg is over deze vijverpartij loodrecht op het huis georiënteerd. In de loop van de waterpartij is nog de formele grachtenstructuur te herkennen. Het koetshuis is het enige bouwkundige element dat in de geometrische structuur past, deze is loodrecht op de lindenlaan geprojecteerd, die de scheiding vormt met de voormalige buitenplaats Endelhoven. Utilitair deel rond de oranjerie (boomgaard, koude bakken) fundamenten van een tuinmuur langs de Vecht en haaks daarop de fundamenten van een slangenmuur. Een point-de-vue in de aanleg is de theekoepel aan de Vecht, die aan één zijde geflankeerd wordt door een solitaire beuk.

Description component 2 (at Diependaalseweg 31, 31A and 33): HISTORICAL GARDEN AND PARK LAYOUT
The garden layout in landscape style, partly preserved in structure and partly in detail, dates from the early nineteenth century and has been greatly neglected over time. Between 1988-1990 a large part of the tree stock of the densely wooded park was felled to restore the structure. Part of the old winding path pattern around the pond was rediscovered and restored. New elements (borders, hedges and a box hedge garden with nursery and cutting garden) were also integrated into the park. The layout is enclosed on the south side and along Diependaalseweg by seventeenth-century rows of lime trees. The principal element is the curved water feature furnished with solitary specimen plants. The main axis of the layout is oriented at right angles to the house over this water feature. In the course of the water feature the formal canal structure can still be recognized. The coach house is the only architectural element that fits into the geometric structure; it is projected at right angles to the lime tree avenue, which forms the division with the former country estate Endelhoven. Utilitarian section around the orangery (orchard, cold frames) foundations of a garden wall along the Vecht and at right angles to it the foundations of a serpentine wall.
