WESTELIJK BOUWHUIS.
Als pendant van het koetshuis aan de oostzijde van het omgrachte voorplein staat een zomerhuis, die in 1960 met oude steen geheel opnieuw is opgetrokken, waarbij oudere bouwsporen verdwenen zijn. Vanwege zijn karakteristieke waarde is het bouwhuis toch beschermingswaardig. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand bestaat uit anderhalve bouwlaag onder een met blauwe Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak tussen puntgevel met nokschoorstenen. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft in het midden een ingangspartij bestaande uit een voordeur met bovenlicht geflankeerd door meerruitsvensters eveneens met bovenlichten. Aan weerszijden van de ingangspartij drie traveeën bestaande een getoogde deur geflankeerd door kruisvensters. In de verdieping, boven de deuren, drie vensters. Op de noordelijke kopgevel sluit een bakstenen muur aan, die met een hoek om het huis heen loopt. Op de hoek van de muur een zandstenen bol. Ingang tussen twee pijlers.

Description
WESTERN OUTBUILDING.
As a counterpart to the coach house on the east side of the moated forecourt stands a summer house, which was entirely rebuilt with old brick in 1960, during which earlier building traces disappeared. On account of its characteristic value the outbuilding is nonetheless worthy of protection. The building constructed on a rectangular ground plan in brick consists of one-and-a-half storeys under a gabled roof covered with blue Old Dutch tiles with ridge pipes. The symmetrically arranged front facade has in the centre an entrance section consisting of a front door with fanlight flanked by multi-light windows also with fanlights. On either side of the entrance section three bays consisting of a vaulted door flanked by cross windows. On the first floor, above the doors, three windows. On the northern gable wall a brick wall is attached, which runs around the house with a corner. On the corner of the wall a sandstone sphere. Entrance between two pillars.
