Description

Cheese dairy constructed in brick on a rectangular floor plan under a gabled roof covered with red old-Dutch tiles, half-hipped at the rear. Gable with originally wind vanes and a whitewashed plinth. In the centre the entrance door with on the left and right side in the masonry 17th-century brick arches set one and a half bricks deep. In the facade facing the Westgaag two 19th-century semicircular cast-iron windows and in the facade 17th-century ornamental wall anchors. The northern side facade has on the left an entrance door, beside which a window and in the centre an entrance door with fanlight. Against the rear facade an extension of clinker-bonded wooden planks likewise under a roof covered with red old-Dutch tiles.

Internally an oak beam ceiling; further remnants of the brick floor and a cheese press which was situated against the northern side facade.
