Inleiding
Uit de tweede kwart van de 18de eeuw daterend bedrijfsgebouw, waarin karnmolen en kalverenschuur. Het gebouw werd tegelijkertijd opgetrokken met de bouw van de ernaast gelegen boerderij Spoorzicht (De Rijswijkse Hope), hetgeen in ieder geval na 1737 geschiedde, toen de toenmalige eigenaar C.J. Verheul de grond voor de bouw verwierf.
Omschrijving
Bedrijfsgebouw op rechthoekige grondslag, opgetrokken in rode baksteen en overkapt door een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Het bedrijf sgebouw staat ca. 1 meter ten westen van het achterhuis van boerderij Spoorzicht.
De NO-hoek van het gebouw wijkt haaks naar binnen en geeft alszodanig de scheiding tussen de ruimte van de karnmolen (oost) en de schuur (west) aan.
Tegen de hoek de toegangsdeur. In het terugliggende deel van de noordgevel een breed vensterkozijn met 4-ruitsvenster. In de topgevel van de westgevel een zolderluik. In de zuidgevel aan de linkerzijde een toegangsdeur, centraal een vensterkozijn, thans enkelruits, en rechts hiervan een breed vensterkozijn.
In het gebouw deels nog het oospronkelijke gebint.
Waardering
Het bedrijfsgebouw van boerderij Spoorzicht is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang vanwege:
-de ouderdom;
-de gaafheid en typologische zeldzaamheid.

Commercial building dating from the second quarter of the 18th century, which housed a churn mill and calf shed. The building was erected at the same time as the adjacent farmhouse Spoorzicht (De Rijswijkse Hope), which took place at least after 1737, when the then owner C.J. Verheul acquired the land for construction.
Description
Commercial building on rectangular ground plan, built in red brick and covered by a gabled roof tiled with Oud-Hollandse tiles. The commercial building stands approximately 1 metre to the west of the rear house of farmhouse Spoorzicht.
The NE corner of the building angles inward at right angles and as such indicates the division between the space of the churn mill (east) and the shed (west).
Against the corner the entrance door. In the recessed part of the north facade a wide window frame with 4-light window. In the gable of the west facade a hayloft door. In the south facade on the left side an entrance door, centrally a window frame, currently single-light, and to the right of this a wide window frame.
In the building partly still the original timber frame.
Valuation
The commercial building of farmhouse Spoorzicht is of general cultural historical importance because of:
