Inleiding
Evenwijdig achter het woonhuis geplaatste bakhuis annex zomerhuis oprechthoekige plattegrond, welke gelijktijdig met het woonhuis is gebouwd en stilistisch hiermee een eenheid vormt.
Omschrijving
Geheel uit roodbruine machinale baksteen in kruisverband opgetrokken gevels op een zware, gepleisterde plint. Rondom zijn de gevels voorzien van decoratief metselwerk in de vorm van gele baksteen in banden en strekken. De voor- en achtergevel worden afgesloten door geprofileerde bakgoten op ojiefvormige klossen. De plaatsing van de klossen is aangepast aan de plaatsing van de ramen waardoor deze onregelmatig is. De topgevels bezitten dakoverstekken met windveren op geprofileerde klossen. Het gebouw is voorzien van een zadeldak met overstekken op geprofileerde klossen en gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen.

Description
Facades entirely constructed from reddish-brown machine-made brick in stretcher bond on a heavy, rendered plinth. Around the entire perimeter, the facades are provided with decorative brickwork in the form of yellow brick in bands and stretches. The front and rear facades are finished with moulded brick gutters on ogee-shaped consoles. The placement of the consoles is adapted to the placement of the windows, which makes it irregular. The gable ends possess roof overhangs with wind braces on moulded consoles. The building is provided with a gabled roof with overhangs on moulded consoles and covered with burnt cross tiles.
Valuation
Bakehouse adjoining summer house of general importance as a functional and characteristic component of the complex.
