Inleiding
Verdiepingloos woonhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond onder een met pannengedekt zadeldak, omstreeks 1890 gebouwd in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl met neo-renaissance stijlinvloeden in met name de geveldecoraties.
Omschrijving
Geheel uit rode machinale baksteen in kruisverband opgetrokken gevels op een zware, gepleisterde plint. Rondom zijn de gevels voorzien van decoratief metselwerk in de vorm van gele baksteen in banden en strekken. De voor- en achtergevel worden afgesloten door geprofileerde metalen bakgoten op ojiefvormige klossen. De plaatsing van de klossen is aangepast aan de plaatsing van de ramen waardoor deze onregelmatig is. De topgevels bezitten dakoverstekken met windveren op geprofileerde klossen.
De gevel aan de straatzijde is als voorgevel met vensters uitgevoerd hoewel de entree zich aan de achtergevel bevindt. De voorgevel is symmetrisch opgezet met aan beide hoeken twee schuiframen met verticale deelroede, in de middenpartij echter een asymmetrisch geplaatst, gelijksoortig schuifraam. In de kopgevels smalle schuiframen op de begane grond en een breder schuifraam in de top. De hoofdentree bevind zich in de achtergevel. Het zadeldak met de nok evenwijdig aan de voorgevel is gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen.

Single-storey dwelling house on rectangular plan under a pantile-covered gabled roof, built around 1890 in traditional craft style with neo-renaissance style influences particularly in the facade decorations.
Description
Facades entirely of red machine brick in English bond on a heavy, plastered plinth. All around the facades are provided with decorative brickwork in the form of yellow brick in bands and courses. The front and rear facades are terminated by profiled metal gutters on ogee-shaped brackets. The placement of the brackets is adapted to the placement of the windows making it irregular. The gable ends have roof overhangs with wind braces on profiled brackets.
The facade on the street side is executed as a front facade with windows although the entrance is located at the rear facade. The front facade is set out symmetrically with at both corners two sash windows with vertical glazing bar, in the middle section however an asymmetrically placed, similar sash window. In the gable ends narrow sash windows on the ground floor and a wider sash window at the top. The main entrance is located in the rear facade. The gabled roof with the ridge parallel to the front facade is covered with smothered pantiles.
