Omschrijving
Kleine loods, vermoedelijk voormalig teerkot en in het laatste kwart van de negentiende eeuw gebouwd. Rechthoekig gebouwtje met één bouwlaag en zadeldak gedekt met bitumineus materiaal.
Wanden opgebouwd uit grijs-groen geschilderde horizontale houten planken op roodbruine bakstenen plint.
Noordgevel met dubbele houten lattendeur. Daarboven twee ijzeren ventilatieroosters in rozetvorm. Dergelijke roosters eveneens in top van zuidgevel.
Oostgevel met reeks gekoppelde houten venstertjes.

Gave loods, van belang als onderdeel van het sluiscomplex.

Description
Small shed, presumably former tar house and built in the last quarter of the nineteenth century. Rectangular building with one storey and gabled roof covered with bituminous material.
Walls constructed of grey-green painted horizontal wooden boards on reddish-brown brick plinth.
North facade with double wooden board-and-batten door. Above two iron ventilation grilles in rosette form. Similar grilles also in top of south facade.
East facade with series of coupled small wooden windows.
Valuation
Sound shed, of importance as part of the lock complex.
