Omschrijving
Mijnenmagazijn, geheel uit monoliet gestort beton opgetrokken. Het bestaat uit een grote, rechthoekige, driebeukige hal met een verhoogde middenbeuk die voorzien is van een lichtstraat.
Aan de achterzijde (landzijde) bevindt zich ondermeer een werkplaats.
De in diverse traveeën verdeelde gevels bevatten aan de bovenzijde reeksen gekoppelde vensters. Diverse deuren.
Op de begane grond zijn ondermeer lieren voor het verplaatsen van materiaal aanwezig. Het pand is geheel onderkelderd. Het is voorzien van platte daken.
