De WERKPLAATS is in spiegelbeeld grotendeels gelijk aan de dienstwoning: in rode baksteen over één bouwlaag opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een overstekend rietgedekt zadeldak met wolfeinden. In de noordelijke eindgevel zit een knik, waarop de muur van de entree aansluit. In de zijgevels bevinden zich echter geen terugliggende delen en de vensters zijn van een aanzienlijk kleiner formaat. Op de begane grond kleine horizontale vensters direct onder de dakrand. Deze lopen ook om de hoeken, waarbij houten kolommetjes de bovendorpels steunen, die oversteken om de overstekende geveltoppen te dragen. Onder de wolfeinden zijn twee drieruits vensters tussen gevelbeschotten geplaatst boven plantenbakken. Tussen twee houten deuren in de westelijke zijgevel is een gemetselde plantenbak met daarboven een dubbel horizontaal venster geplaatst. In de oostelijke zijgevel twee deuren met drieruits vensters en zijlichten en een zesruits venster.

Description
The WORKSHOP is in mirror image largely identical to the servant's house: constructed in red brick over one storey on a rectangular floor plan under an overhanging thatched gabled roof with half-hipped ends. In the northern end facade there is a bend, on which the wall of the entrance connects. In the side facades there are however no recessed sections and the windows are of considerably smaller format. On the ground floor small horizontal windows directly below the roof edge. These also run around the corners, where wooden small columns support the upper sills, which overhang to carry the overhanging gable tops. Below the half-hipped ends two three-pane windows are placed above plant boxes between gable boards. Between two wooden doors in the western side facade a built-in plant box with above it a double horizontal window is placed. In the eastern side facade two doors with three-pane windows and sidelights and a six-pane window.
