De DIENSTWONING is in rode baksteen over één bouwlaag opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder een overstekend rietgedekt zadeldak met wolfeinden, een ooglidvenster en een geprofileerde schoorsteen. In de noordelijke eindgevel zit een knik, waarop de muur van de entree aansluit.
Op beide hoeken ligt de westelijke zijgevel iets terug, zodat voor de entrees een extra groot overstek ontstaat. Aan de voorzijde (N) bevindt de houten deur met bovenlicht zich in de korte voorkant van de zo ontstane uitbouw, aan de achterkant is de deur met zijlicht in de zijgevel geplaatst.
De vensters op de begane grond zijn voorzien van combinaties van horizontale vierruits roedenverdeling. De vensters lopen om de hoeken, waarbij houten kolommetjes de bovendorpels ondersteunen, die oversteken om de overstekende geveltoppen te dragen. Onder de wolfeinden zijn twee zesruits vensters boven plantenbakken tussen gevelbeschotten geplaatst.
Tussen twee steunberen in de westelijke zijgevel zijn onder de dakrand vier horizontale vensters aaneengeschakeld.

Description
The SERVANT'S HOUSE is constructed in red brick over one storey on a rectangular floor plan under an overhanging thatched gabled roof with half-hipped ends, an eyebrow window and a moulded chimney. In the northern end facade there is a bend, on which the wall of the entrance connects.
On both corners the western side facade is set back slightly, so that an extra large overhang is created for the entrances. On the front side (N) the wooden door with fanlight is located in the short front of the resulting projection, at the back the door with sidelights is placed in the side facade.
The windows on the ground floor are provided with combinations of horizontal four-pane glazing bars. The windows run around the corners, where wooden small columns support the upper sills, which overhang to carry the overhanging gable tops. Below the half-hipped ends two six-pane windows are placed above plant boxes between gable boards.
Between two buttresses in the western side facade four horizontal windows are linked together below the roof edge.
