Omschrijving onderdeel 39:
TUINORNAMENT behorende tot de buitenplaats Twickel. Twee hardstenen tuinornamenten op voetstuk in de oranjerietuin, zonder relatie met elkaar opgesteld, één midden in het vak aan de zuidkant links voor de oranjerie en één in de oost zijrand. Het vaasvormig ornamentstuk bestaat uit een bolvormige vaas op een voet samengesteld uit vier tegenelkaar geplaatste consoles. Gedecoreerd in Lodewijk XV-stijl in het midden van de 18de-eeuw.
Waardering TUINORNAMENT van algemeen belang - vanwege de ouderdom; - vanwege de zeldzaamheidswaarde; - vanwege de vormgeving in Lodewijk XV-stijl; - als karakteristiek onderdeel van de buitenplaats.

GARDEN ORNAMENT belonging to the country estate Twickel. Two hardstone garden ornaments on pedestals in the orangery garden, placed without relation to each other, one in the middle of the compartment on the south side to the left of the orangery and one on the east side margin. The vase-shaped ornament piece consists of a spherical vase on a base assembled from four consoles placed against each other. Decorated in Louis XV style in the middle of the 18th century.
