Omschrijving onderdeel 37:
INRICHTING ORANJERIETUIN behorende tot de buitenplaats Twickel. Voor de oranjerie ligt een rechthoekige verdiepte parterre toegankelijk middels drie TRAPPEN van vier treden gemaakt van Bentheimer zandsteen op een onderbouw van baksteen; aan weerszijden twee 19de-eeuwse gietijzeren VAZEN in kelkvorm op natuurstenen voet. In het midden van de parterre ligt een ronde kunststenen FONTEINKOM uit het begin van de 20ste-eeuw met een bronzen, geornamenteerd fonteintje met een vrouwelijk naakt en een gietijzeren rooster voor de waterafvoer.

Description of component 37:
ORPHAN GARDEN FURNITURE belonging to the country estate Twickel. In front of the orangery lies a rectangular sunken parterre accessible by means of three STAIRCASES of four steps made of Bentheimer sandstone on a brick substructure; on either side two 19th-century cast-iron VASES in chalice form on natural stone pedestals. In the middle of the parterre lies a circular artificial stone FOUNTAIN BASIN from the beginning of the 20th century with a bronze, ornamented fountain featuring a female nude and a cast-iron grille for water drainage.
