Inleiding
Boerderij gebouwd rond 1880 in een ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl volgens het hallehuistype met dwarsdeel. De boerderij is vermoedelijk gebouwd ter vervanging van een voorganger. Mogelijk zijn daarbij bouwmaterialen van de oude boerderij gebruikt. Ook zijn bouwmaterialen gebruikt die afkomstig zijn van de voormalige Havezathe Rheebruggen.
Omschrijving
Boerderij bestaande uit voorhuis en achterhuis in baksteen opgetrokken en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met gevlochten nok (achterschild deels met vier rijen pannen onderlangs); schoorsteen in de nok. Het voorhuis heeft een symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel met vlechting in het metselwerk en staafankers. Drie zesruits schuiframen voorzien van luiken en strekken. Zoldervensters met rijk bewerkte vensteromlijsting (afkomstig van de voormalige havezathe). Zuidelijke zijgevel met vrij gesloten karakter waarin een later ingebracht venster is geplaatst. Noordelijke zijgevel met onder meer een recht gesloten keldervenster onder rollaag en een recht gesloten opgeklampte deur. Aan weerszijden sprongen met vlechting die de overgang naar het achterhuis markeren. Zuidelijke zijgevel met diepliggende baanderdeuren voorzien van diagonaal geplaatste vierruits ramen en een loopdeur. Voor het overige worden de schuurgevels geleed door mestdeuren en stalvensters. Het in potdekselwerk opgetrokken achterste gedeelte springt iets in en heeft aan de zuidzijde wagendeuren.
INTERIEUR: van belang is de indeling van de kamer met de zichtbare balkenlaag, de schouw, de bedsteden alsmede de opkamer met daaronder de kelder.
Waardering
Boerderij van cultuurhistorisch, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege de relatie met de voormalige havezathe, de vormgeving en het materiaalgebruik alsmede vanwege de ligging in het waardevolle gebied Rheebruggen. Gaaf.

On either side jogs with bond pattern that mark the transition to the rear house. Southern side facade with deeply recessed barn doors provided with diagonally placed four-pane windows and a walk door. For the rest the shed facades are articulated by manure doors and stable windows. The rear section executed in roof tile work jogs in slightly and has on the south side wagon doors.
