Inleiding
Boerderij gebouwd in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl volgens het hallehuistype met dwarsdeel. Aanvankelijk stond op deze plek een schuur van de voormalige havezathe Rheebruggen. In de periode 1832-1840 is de schuur uitgebreid tot boerderij met gebruikmaking van materialen van de toen gesloopte voormalige havezathe. Met name de detaillering van de voorgevel werd waarschijnlijk rond 1880 uitgevoerd. De bescherming betreft de hoofdvorm alsmede onderdelen van het interieur.
Omschrijving
Boerderij in baksteen opgetrokken en deels met pannen (platte fries en hollandse pan) en deels met riet gedekt. Voorhuis met asymmetrische topgevel voorzien van uitkragende windveren en makelaar; staafankers; schoorsteen in de nok. Drie zesruits schuiframen met luiken en hanekam; opgeklampte deur met kalf en tweeruits bovenlicht. Tussen voordeur en woonkamer zit een uitkragende steen met portret (afkomstig van de voormalige havezathe). Topgevel met twee rechtgesloten vierruits zoldervensters. Zuidelijke zijgevel onder meer met staafankers en een keldervenster met diefijzer. De noordelijke zijgevel is vrijwel gesloten. Zijgevels achterhuis met mestdeuren en stalvensters. De noordelijke zijgevel bevat twee diepliggende baanders met diagonaal geplaatste vierruits vensters en een loopdeur.
INTERIEUR: woonkamer met bedstedenwand aan de noordzijde.

Boerderij van cultuurhistorisch, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege de relatie met de voormalige havezathe, de vormgeving en het materiaalgebruik alsmede vanwege de ligging in het waardevolle gezicht Rheebruggen.

Introduction
Farmhouse built in craftsmanlike-traditional style according to the hall-house type with transverse section. Originally a barn of the former manor Rheebruggen stood on this site. In the period 1832-1840 the barn was extended to a farmhouse making use of materials from the then demolished former manor. In particular the detailing of the front facade was probably executed around 1880. The protection concerns the principal form as well as components of the interior.
Description
Farmhouse built in brick and partly covered with tiles (flat frieze and Dutch tiles) and partly with reed. Front house with asymmetrical gabled roof equipped with overhanging wind-braces and maker's marks; staff anchors; chimney in the ridge. Three six-light sash windows with shutters and cockerel crest; bolted door with calf and two-light fanlight. Between front door and living room is an overhanging stone with portrait (originating from the former manor). Gable with two closed four-light attic windows. Southern side facade amongst others with staff anchors and a cellar window with theft-bars. The northern side facade is virtually closed. Side facades of rear house with manure doors and stable windows. The northern side facade contains two recessed barns with diagonally placed four-light windows and a pedestrian door.
INTERIOR: living room with bedstead wall on the north side.
Valuation
Farmhouse of cultural-historical, architectural-historical and urban planning importance by virtue of its relationship with the former manor, the design and material use as well as by virtue of its location in the valuable townscape Rheebruggen.
