Facade construction with hard stone plinth, brick and broad cornice. The symmetrically constructed projecting front facade has corner pilasters and a central projection in rusticated rendering. Central entrance portal with hard stone steps, double opening panel doors with ornamental grilles and a round-arch fanlight. A (simplified) balcony on worked consoles, accessible via opening balcony doors. The brick roof dormer is accentuated by Corinthian columns and a profiled eaves moulding. On either side of the door two T-windows with shutters, hard stone window sill, basket-arch relieving arch with tile mosaic in the arch field. The sitting room is likewise furnished with marble fireplace with surround and a stuccoed ceiling. Shed: wooden barrel vault over the cattle passage (now integrated into the office).
