Inleiding
Boerderij van oudere oorsprong maar rond 1860-1890 verbouwd. De in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl gebouwde boerderij is van het hallehuistype met zijbaander. De boerderij is inmiddels tot woonhuis verbouwd.
Omschrijving
Boerderij in baksteen opgetrokken en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met gevlochten nok; schoorsteen in de nok. De voorgevel heeft vlechting en staafankers en kent een asymmetrische indeling met twee rechtgesloten zesruits schuiframen voorzien van luiken en hanekam. Links een rechtgesloten deur (nu glas) met tweeruits bovenlicht. Links een hoog geplaatst vierruits opkamervenster met luik. Kleine zoldervensters. In de zijgevels van het woonhuis zijn kleine zesruits vensters geplaatst. Noordgevel met keldervenster. De schuurgevels worden geleed door stalvensters en mestdeuren. In de noordelijke zijgevel zit bovendien een diepliggende baanderdeur met vierruits vensters en een loopdeur.

Boerderij van cultuurhistorisch, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang vanwege de samenhang met de voormalige havezathe Rheebruggen, de vormgeving en het materiaalgebruik alsmede vanwege de ligging in het waardevolle gezicht Rheebruggen.

Farmhouse built in brick and covered by a curved reed roof with woven ridge; chimney in the ridge. The front facade has wattle and staff anchors and features an asymmetrical layout with two closed six-light sash windows fitted with shutters and a cockerel crest. On the left a closed door (now glass) with two-light fanlight. On the left a high-placed four-light upper-chamber window with shutter. Small attic windows. In the side facades of the residential part small six-light windows are placed. North facade with cellar window. The barn facades are articulated by stable windows and manure doors. In the northern side facade is moreover a recessed barn door with four-light windows and a pedestrian door.
