Inleiding
Met elementen van het Neo-Classicisme omstreeks 1880 gebouwd HERENHUIS.
Het herenhuis is gesitueerd in de gesloten straatwand van de Lindenlaan in het centrum van Valkenburg aan de Geul. De aanbouwen aan de achtergevel zijn uitgesloten van bescherming.
Omschrijving:
Het herenhuis heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond telt twee bouwlagen en wordt afgedekt met een zadeldak met pannen.
Het toegepaste bouwmateriaal is mergel en hardsteen. Rechthoekige houten deur en vensters met bovenlicht.
Symmetrische indeling frontgevel. Raam- en deuromlijstingen in mergel met classicistische motieven. Hardstenen raamdorpels. Stucdecoratie met schelpmotief boven de deur. Decoratieve stucomlijstingen rond de vensters.
Indeling INTERIEUR redelijk intact, overigens niet beschermenswaardig.
