Inleiding
In een traditionele bouwstijl in 1933 naar een ontwerp van architect F.P.J. Peutz gebouwde PASTORIE. De pastorie bevindt zich in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van de R.K. Kerk ter ere van de H. Theresia en is eveneens in een geaccidenteerd terrein gebouwd. De aanbouw van een garage aan de rechterzijgevel is uitgesloten van bescherming.
Omschrijving
De pastorie heeft een in dwarsrichting geplaatste rechthoekige plattegrond, telt twee bouwlagen en een souterrainverdieping en wordt afgedekt met een zadeldak met Tuiles du Nord. Hoogoplopende hoekschoorsteen. Het toegepaste bouwmateriaal is Craubergersteen. Asymmetrische indeling frontgevel. Rechthoekige houten vensters, rechthoekige houten deur. Aan rechterdeel frontgevel een rechthoekige uitbouw in een bouwlaag met souterrain, deels met plat dak, deels met transparant glazen schilddak.
Uitbouw met een rondboogvormige houten deur en een verhoogde entree met toegangstrap, en met getrapte balustrade in Craubergersteen.
INTERIEUR aangepast en overigens niet beschermenswaardig.
