TUINMANSWONING.
Ten oosten van het zuidelijke bouwhuis ligt de voormalige in oorsprong 18de-eeuwse boerderij, thans tuinmanswoning. Het is een bakstenen gebouw op rechthoekige grondslag onder een met grijze pannen gedekt zadeldak met ruime overstek. De noordelijke, naar het voorplein gerichte achtergevel heeft twee 9-ruitsvensters en een recent aangebracht groot 12-ruitsvenster. De linker zijgevel heeft beganegronds een halfrond stalraam met roedenverdeling en in de topgevel twee identieke stalraampjes. In de rechter zijgevel beganegronds een dichtgezette deur en in de topgevel een bolkozijn bekroond door twee gelijkbenige driehoekige frontons. Langs de overstek van beide topgevels loopt een geschulpte houten rand. Centraal in de zuidgevel een 19de-eeuwse ingangspartij: een deur met gietijzeren decoratie in Lodewijk XIV-stijl, waarin een regelmatig ruitpatroon en centraal een koeiekop, met bovenlicht waarin een smeedijzeren versiering in de vorm van een levensboom. Links een 6-ruitsschuifvenster met luiken en rechts een identiek venster. Op het dakschild twee dakkapellen met gedeeld 8-ruitsuitzetvenster.

GARDENER'S COTTAGE.
East of the southern farm building lies the former 18th-century farmhouse, now a gardener's cottage. It is a brick building on a rectangular plan beneath a gabled roof covered with grey tiles and having ample overhang. The northern rear facade, facing the forecourt, has two 9-pane windows and a recently installed large 12-pane window. The left side gable has a semi-circular stable window with glazing bars on the ground floor and in the top gable two identical small stable windows. In the right side gable on the ground floor a blocked doorway and in the top gable a round window crowned by two isosceles triangular pediments. Along the overhang of both top gables runs an ornamental moulded wooden edge. Centrally in the south facade a 19th-century entrance section: a door with cast-iron decoration in Louis XIV style, containing a regular diamond pattern and centrally a cow's head, with a fanlight containing wrought-iron decoration in the form of a tree of life. To the left a 6-pane sash window with shutters and to the right an identical window. On the roof slope two roof dormers with shared 8-pane outward-opening window.
