Omschrijving
TOLHUIS.
Bepleisterd bakstenen tolhuis (en jachtopzienershuis) op rechthoekige grondslag met een driekwart cirkelvormige uitbouw aan de westzijde (wegkant). Het huis is, evenals de tuinmanswoning, vermoedelijk tussen 1807 en 1827, gebouwd in cottagestijl. Het wordt overkapt door een rieten schilddak met rode vorstpannen en heeft een overstek. Aan de westzijde is het dak tot een halfrond schilddak uitgebouwd. Aan de noordzijde is onlangs een nieuwe aanbouw onder rieten lessenaarsdak gerealiseerd, die voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang is.
Centraal aan de voorzijde (weg/westkant) in een halfronde, ingezwenkte nis geplaatste deurpartij, bestaande uit een 4 ruitsdeur met 2 ruitsbovenlicht. Het kozijn van deze deurpartij volgt de ronding van de nis. Aan weerszijden een 6 ruitsschuifvenster. Omstreeks 1945 werd de driekwartcirkelvormige uitbouw aan de binnenzijde van twee rechte spouwmuren voorzien. Aan de noordzijde is op de verdieping een 4 ruitsdakkapel aangebracht. Links van de driekwart cirkelvormige uitbouw heeft deze kant een 4 ruitsvenster op de begane grond.
De zuidzijde heeft rechts van de cirkelvormige uitbouw op de begane grond twee 4 ruitsschuifvensters met luiken. Onder het linkervenster zit op souterrain-niveau een 2 ruitsvenster. Op de verdieping boven het linkervenster een klein 4 ruitsvenster.
De oostzijde (achterkant) heeft aan de rechterzijde de entreedeur met luifel; die beide van recente datum en dus voor de bescherming van onderge schikt belang zijn. Links zit op de begane grond een breed 4 ruitsvenster, dat waarschijnlijk omstreeks 1900 is aangebracht. Op de verdieping zit centraal in de gevel een klein, 17de eeuws kozijn en luik, dat waarschijnlijk omstreeks 1820, toen het huis gebouwd werd,van elders in het huis is verwerkt. Op de tweede verdieping is een enkelruits dakkapel aangebracht.

Description
TOLL HOUSE.
A plastered brick toll house (and gamekeeper's house) on a rectangular ground plan with a three-quarter circular extension on the west side (roadside). The house was, like the gardener's house, presumably built between 1807 and 1827 in cottage style. It is covered by a thatched hipped roof with red frost tiles and has an overhang. On the west side, the roof is extended into a semicircular hipped roof. On the north side, a new extension under a thatched half-hipped roof was recently realised, which is of subsidiary importance for protection purposes.
Centrally on the front side (road/west side) in a semicircular, set-back niche is placed a door section, consisting of a 4-pane door with 2-pane fanlight. The frame of this door section follows the curve of the niche. On either side a 6-pane sash window. Around 1945, the three-quarter circular extension was provided on the inside with two straight partition walls. On the north side, on the upper storey, a 4-pane dormer window has been installed. To the left of the three-quarter circular extension, this side has a 4-pane window on the ground floor.
The south side has two 4-pane sash windows with shutters on the ground floor to the right of the circular extension. Below the left window, at basement level, is a 2-pane window. On the upper storey above the left window, a small 4-pane window.
The east side (rear) has the entrance door with canopy on the right; both are of recent date and are therefore of subsidiary importance for protection purposes. On the left, on the ground floor, is a wide 4-pane window, which was probably installed around 1900. On the upper storey, centrally in the gable, is a small, 17th-century frame and shutter, which was probably incorporated from elsewhere in the house around 1820, when the house was built. On the second storey, a single-pane dormer window has been installed.
