Omschrijving
In oorsprong vroeg-18de-eeuwse DIENSTWONING ANNEX WAGENSCHUUR behorende tot het complex "Welgelegen". Links van de dienstwoning staat de wagenschuur die thans (1998) als woning bestemd is. De één bouwlaag hoge dienstwoning en wagenschuur zijn op rechthoekige grondslag in baksteen opgetrokken en worden door vier, deels met rode en bruine pannen gedekte schilddaken overkapt. De voor-, achter- en zijgevel hebben een onregelmatige indeling. Omstreeks 1830 werd de wagenschuur verbonden met de toen gebouwde oranjerie. De achtergevel en het interieur van de wagenschuur zijn tijdens een verbouwing in 1997 ingrijpend gewijzigd.
De DIENSTWONING ANNEX WAGENSCHUUR behorende tot het complex "Welgelegen" is van algemeen cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege de ouderdom, de relatie met de oranjerie, de ensemblewaarde en de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de andere onderdelen van het complex.

Description
Originally early 18th-century SERVICE DWELLING ANNEX WAGON BARN belonging to the complex "Welgelegen". To the left of the service dwelling stands the wagon barn which is now (1998) designated for residential use. The single-storey service dwelling and wagon barn are constructed in brick on a rectangular plan and are covered by four roofs, partly covered with red and brown tiles, with hipped roofs. The front, rear and side facades have an irregular arrangement. Around 1830 the wagon barn was connected with the orangery then built. The rear facade and interior of the wagon barn were substantially altered during renovation in 1997.
The SERVICE DWELLING ANNEX WAGON BARN belonging to the complex "Welgelegen" is of general cultural and architectural-historical importance because of its age, the relationship with the orangery, ensemble value and the functional-spatial relationship with the other components of the complex.
