CONGIERGEWONING behorend bij het complex van de Meisjes HBS uit 1919-1921, gesitueerd aan de noordwestelijke hoek van de school en opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond, omvat één bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een zadeldak met uitstekende topgevel met drie vierkante vensters aan de voorzijde. Op de begane grond links een drieledig groot venster met natuurstenen waterdorpel. Rechts hiervan een houten voordeur met bovenlicht met weer rechts een smal klein schuifraam met roedenverdeling. Geheel rechts, net boven de geprofileerde houten dakgoot, is de hoek van de woning doorgetrokken in de vorm van een bakstenen pijler met natuurstenen kogel. Materiaalgebruik zoals beschreven onder monumentnummer 506420.
Waardering:
Congiergewoning van algemeen belang als historisch functioneel onderdeel van de voormalige meisjes HBS, alsmede vanwege de architectuurhistorische en stedebouwkundige waarde.

CARETAKER'S DWELLING belonging to the complex of the Girls' HBS of 1919-1921, situated at the north-western corner of the school and constructed on a rectangular floor plan, comprises one storey and a roof storey under a gabled roof with projecting gable with three square windows on the front. On the ground floor on the left a large three-part window with natural stone drip moulding. To the right of this a wooden front door with fanlight with to the right again a narrow small sash window with glazing bars. On the far right, just above the moulded wooden cornice, the corner of the dwelling is carried through in the form of a brick pilaster with natural stone ball finial. Material usage as described under national monument number 506420.
Appraisal:
Caretaker's dwelling of general importance as a historico-functional component of the former girls' HBS, as well as by reason of its architectural-historical and urban-planning value.
