In oranje-rode baksteen opgetrokken dubbele VILLA met drie bouwlagen, architect F.A. Warners. Het geheel is gebouwd op een samengestelde rechthoekige plattegrond en wordt gedekt door een plat dak. De toegang tot de linkerwoning bevindt zich aan de oostgevel. De oorspronkelijke toegangsdeur heeft fraai siersmeedwerk. Een zinken cordonlijst en een balkonachtige uitbouw op het iets teruggezette linkerdeel van deze gevel. De borstwering van dit 'balkon' heeft zeven uitkragende baksteenbanden. Een zichtbaar doorlopende schoorsteen is in de hoek geplaatst tussen het risalerende linker- en rechterdeel van de gevel. Een aantal vensters heeft nog de oorspronkelijke draairamen met horizontale roedenverdeling. De vensters aan de rechterkant van de tweede verdieping zijn geplaatst tussen muurvlakken met decoratief metselwerk in blokmotief. Breed uitkragende lijst, waarboven nog een 'attiek'. Oorspronkelijke bloembak onder de vensters van de eerste verdieping.
De zuidgevel heeft naast de genoemde vensters met horizontale roedenverdeling, het decoratieve metselwerk en de bloembak, een pentagonale erkeruitbouw als hoofdkenmerk. Een vijftal vensters tussen smalle muurdammen wordt afgesloten door een omlopende zinken lijst; hierboven nog een eveneens pentagonale borstwering van een balkon.
De westgevel heeft naast de genoemde vensters met horizontale roedenverdeling, het decoratieve metselwerk en de brede uitkragende lijst met 'attiek', eveneens een pentagonale erkeruitbouw als hoofdkenmerk. Een vijftal vensters met bovenlicht wordt afgesloten door een brede houten lijst, waarboven een modern ijzeren hek. Een openslaande deur geeft toegang tot het balkon. Het linkerdeel van deze gevel maakt een voorsprong ten opzichte van het rechterdeel.
De toegang tot de rechterwoning bevindt zich aan de noordgevel. Een kleine trap met drie treden leidt naar de onder een balkon geplaatste toegangsdeur. Aan de rechterzijde van deze gevel bevindt zich de aangrenzende garage met oorspronkelijke dubbele draaideur en plat dak. De garage en de toegangspartij bevinden zich samen met het tussenliggende geveldeel op één rooilijn. De vensters bestaan uit draairamen met horizontale roedenverdeling. Aan de rechterzijde van de garage een gemetselde steunbeer met uitkragende baksteenranden en natuurstenen afsluiting. Verder een schoorsteen met kleine platte sluitsteen en ter rechterzijde een zich naar beneden toe verjongend segmentvormig gemetselde decoratie. Het muurvlak tussen de vensters van de tweede verdieping toont decoratief gebruik van baksteen in blokmotief. Boven de vensters een breed uitkragende lijst, waarboven nog 'attiekzone'. De westgevel toont symmetrisch geplaatste vensters met draairamen en horizontale roedenverdeling. Een dubbele openslaande balkondeur geeft toegang tot het platte dak van de garage. Rechterdeel van deze gevel springt naar voren en heeft overeenkomstig decoratief baksteengebruik in blokmotief tussen de vensters van de tweede verdieping, alsmede de breed uitkragende lijst, waarboven nog de 'attiekzone'. De oostgevel heeft benevens eerder genoemde kenmerken een rechthoekige hoekerker (oost- en noordgevel) over twee verdiepingen. Double villa - main component of the complex - of general importance because of its architectural-historical value, as a good example of a double villa in the strict version of the Amsterdam School, with influences from the work of the American architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
