BOOTHUIS en TUINHUIS gelegen aan het Noorder-Amstelkanaal en aan de uiterste westgrens van de tegenwoordige tuin van het pand Cornelis Schuytstraat 74. Het westelijke deel bestaat uit het boothuis. De toegang hiertoe ligt aan de westzijde. Het venster met vier lichtopeningen is nu dichtgetimmerd. Het rechterdeel van het boothuis is iets hoger opgetrokken en heeft een klein venster. Het geheel wordt gedekt door een plat dak. Het boothuis is op te vatten als een aanbouw tegen de bestaande kademuur.
Het oostelijke deel bestaat uit een zeszijdig tuinhuis dat voor de helft is uitgebouwd buiten de kademuur. Houten kozijnen met twaalfruits ramen. Brede zinken uitkragende lijst, tentdak met shingles en zinken of loden piron. De toegang met kleine trap tot het tuinhuis ligt aan de tuinzijde. Een tweede trap leidt naar een aan de waterzijde gelegen klein terras. Vanaf het terras is door een poortje in de borstwering een aangemeerde boot bereikbaar.

Description
BOATHOUSE and GARDEN HOUSE located on the Noorder-Amstelkanaal and on the extreme western boundary of the present garden of the property Cornelis Schuytstraat 74. The western part consists of the boathouse. Access to it is on the west side. The window with four light openings is now boarded up. The right part of the boathouse is constructed slightly higher and has a small window. The whole is covered by a flat roof. The boathouse can be understood as an addition against the existing quay wall.
The eastern part consists of a hexagonal garden house that is built out halfway beyond the quay wall. Wooden frames with twelve-pane windows. Broad zinc projecting cornice, tent roof with shingles and zinc or lead finial. Access with small staircase to the garden house is on the garden side. A second staircase leads to a small terrace on the water side. From the terrace a moored boat is accessible through a small gate in the parapet.
