Omschrijving
(WINKEL)WOONHUIS, met in aanleg mogelijk nog vroeg- 17de-eeuwse of oudere kern, en 18de-, 19de- en 20ste-eeuwse architectonische kenmerken. Het gebouw bestaat uit een bouwvolume in de diepte en een bouwvolume in de breedte (aan Voorstreekzijde).
Omschrijving
Het inwendig sterk verbouwde bouwvolume in de diepte is in aanleg mogelijk nog vroeg-17de- eeuws of ouder en omvat twee bouwlagen onder vrij steil met zwarte golfpannen belegd jonger zadeldak (circa 1923). De westelijke zijgevel, met twee 19de-eeuwse zesruitsschuifvensters en eenvoudige muurankers, is gepleisterd. In het INTERIEUR zijn onder meer van belang de balkenzoldering en de 19de-eeuwse trap naar de verdieping met afgeplatte houten balusters en rijk gesneden forse eindbaluster.
Het drie traveeën brede bouwvolume aan Voorstreekzijde dateert van omstreeks 1800 en omvat drie bouwlagen onder een dwarsgeplaatst met leien belegd schilddak. Architectonisch waardevol is de zorgvuldig gedetailleerde classicistische Lodewijk-XVI-gevel, opgetrokken uit roodbruine handvormsteen met zeer fijne kalkmortelvoegen, geprofileerde kroonlijst met tandlijst, klossen en geprofileerde dakgoot. Op de eerste verdieping drie hoge staande H-vensters, op de tweede drie vierruitsvensters. In het INTERIEUR zijn onder meer van belang de raamblinden.

Description
The internally heavily remodelled building volume in depth is in its layout possibly still early seventeenth-century or older and comprises two storeys under a fairly steep gabled roof clad with black corrugated tiles (circa 1923). The western side facade, with two nineteenth-century six-pane sash windows and simple wall anchors, is plastered. In the INTERIOR are of importance among others the beam flooring and the nineteenth-century staircase to the first floor with flattened wooden balusters and richly carved robust end baluster.
The three-bay-wide building volume on the Voorstreek side dates from approximately 1800 and comprises three storeys under a transversely placed hipped roof clad with slates. Architecturally valuable is the carefully detailed neoclassical Louis XVI facade, built from reddish-brown hand-moulded brick with very fine lime mortar joints, profiled cornice with dentil moulding, blocks and profiled roof gutter. On the first floor three tall standing H-windows, on the second three four-pane windows. In the INTERIOR are of importance among others the window blinds.
