Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan ten ZW van de Rooms Katholieke St. Martinuskerk gebouwde KOSTERSWONING. De kosterswoning is onderkelderd en bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder zadeldak met zwarte kruispan. De kosterwoning kwam waarschijnlijk samen met de kerk gereed in 1904. Het muurwerk is opgetrokken in rode baksteen, de geveltop aan de voorzijde heeft houten vakwerk met daartussen metselmozaïek. De lekdorpels zijn uitgevoerd in roodgeglazuurde baksteen. Het pand heeft merendeels zesruits vensters die in de voorgevel zijn geplaatst onder getoogde spaarvelden met metselmozaïek. De voordeur, een paneeldeur met glaspanelen, bevindt zich in een getoogd portiek op de rechterhoek van de voorgevel.

Description
Built on a rectangular ground plan to the south-west of the Roman Catholic St. Martinus Church, SACRISTAN'S HOUSE. The sacristan's house is cellared and consists of one storey under gabled roof with black Spanish tiles. The sacristan's house probably came ready together with the church in 1904. The masonry is built up in red brick, the gable top at the front has half-timbering with stone mosaic between. The drip mouldings are executed in red-glazed brick. The building has mostly six-pane windows which are placed in the front gable under arched relieving fields with stone mosaic. The front door, a panelled door with glass panes, is situated in an arched porch on the right corner of the front gable.
Valuation
The sacristan's house is of significance as a historical-functional component of the described ecclesiastical complex of St. Martinus.
