Complex-onderdeel 5 (PORTIERSGEBOUW)
In 1878-79 naar eclectisch ontwerp van J.W. Meijer, op een hardstenen plint in baksteen, met enkele hardstenen sierblokken, onder zinken zadeldak op geknikte plattegrond opgetrokken poortgebouw, in oorsprong bestemd als portierswoning. Het in oorsprong symmetrisch met het voormalig directiekantoor uitgevoerde gebouw heeft gebosseerde hoeklisenen en in de puntvormig beeindigde kopgevels elk klimmende boogfriezen, en langs de zijgevels rechte boogfriezen. De voorgevel was in oorsprong identiek aan die van het linkerportiersgebouw en bevat thans twee rondboogvensters en in de top een vierruitsstolpraam. De geknikte rechterzijgevel heeft verder nog twee rondboogvensters met roedenverdeling en in het midden een gebosseerde pilaster. De linkerzijgevel heeft in het midden van het voorste gedeelte een deur met halfrond, verdeeld bovenlicht in een witgepleisterde, driehoekig bekroonde omlijsting en te weerszijden een rondboogvormig blindvenster met ruitvormig ingesneden pleisterwerkvulling; in het achtergedeelte in het midden een rondboogvormig schuifvenster met roedenverdeling met een witgepleisterde, driehoekig bekroonde omlijsting en twee smalle rondboogvensters met drieruitsverdeling te weerszijden. De achtergevel is blind. Portiersgebouw met voor de oorspronkelijke functie en tijd van ontstaan typerende bouwhistorische en stilistische kenmerken.

Complex component 5 (PORTER'S BUILDING)
Gate building erected in 1878-79 to an eclectic design by J.W. Meijer, on a hard stone plinth in brick, with some hard stone ornamental blocks, under zinc gabled roof on a bent footprint, originally intended as porter's dwelling. The building, originally executed symmetrically with the former director's office, has rusticated corner pilasters and in the pointed-ending gables each climbing arched friezes, and along the side facades straight arched friezes. The front facade was originally identical to that of the left porter's building and now contains two round-arched windows and at the top a four-pane pivot window. The bent right side facade further has two round-arched windows with glazing bars and in the middle a rusticated pilaster. The left side facade has in the middle of the front section a door with semi-circular, glazed fanlight in a whitewashed, triangular-crowned surround and on either side a round-arched blind window with diamond-shaped incised plaster fill; in the rear section in the middle a round-arched sash window with glazing bars with a whitewashed, triangular-crowned surround and two narrow round-arched windows with three-pane glazing on either side. The rear facade is blind. Porter's building with building-historical and stylistic characteristics typical for its original function and time of origin.
