Complex-onderdeel 3 (FABRIEKSSCHOORSTEEN)
Direct naast het ketelhuis gesitueerde fabrieksschoorsteen van omstreeks 33 meter hoogte, naar ontwerp van J.W. Meijer in 1878-79 opgetrokken in baksteen op een vierkante piedestal met natuurstenen afdekplaat en achtzijdige voetlijst. De taps toelopende ronde schoorsteen is aan de bovenzijde voorzien van een tandlijst. Fabrieksschoorsteen met voor de tijd van ontstaan en oorspronkelijke - met toepassing van stoomkracht verbonden -functie typerende bouwhistorische en stilistische kenmerken.

Complex component 3 (FACTORY CHIMNEY)
Factory chimney of approximately 33 metres height situated directly next to the boiler house, erected to a design by J.W. Meijer in 1878-79 in brick on a square pedestal with natural stone capping slab and octagonal base moulding. The tapering round chimney is provided at the top with a dentil course. Factory chimney with building-historical and stylistic characteristics typical for its time of origin and original - connected to the application of steam power - function.
