Inleiding
In een Traditionele bouwstijl in 1912 gebouwde VILLA genaamd "Berg en Dal" gebouwd in opdracht van dhr. Alph. Prevoo. De villa is markant gesitueerd op de helling van de Keerderberg langs de Rijksweg in Cadier en Keer. De diverse bijbouwen op het terrein zijn uitgesloten van bescherming.
Omschrijving
Vrijstaande villa met een rechthoekige plattegrond en een zeshoekige toren. De villa telt drie bouwlagen heeft zadeldaken met tuile du Nord pannen. Asymmetrische indeling frontgevel. Gecementeerde plint. In linkerdeel frontgevel een zeshoekige toren bestaande uit vier bouwlagen, met zinken dak en met zeshoekige gesloten lantaarn. In rechterdeel frontgevel een halve trapgevel lopend tegen een naar voren springende ingangspartij met schoudergevel. Hoofdbestanddeel frontgevel bestaat uit drie bouwlagen, van elkaar gescheiden door middel van horizontale gecementeerde banden. Rechthoekige houten vensters en deur. Bovenlichten deels in gekleurd glas. Enkele ronde houten venstertjes. Gecementeerde omlijstingen vensters en deuren. Hardstenen dorpelstenen. Het opschrift Berg & Dal in een gepleisterde uitsparing. Smeedijzeren hekwerk op een laag baksteen muurtje tussen baksteen kolommen met puntvormige afsluiting.

Some small round wooden windows. Cemented surrounds to windows and doors. Hard stone sill stones. The inscription Berg & Dal in a plastered recess. Wrought-iron railings on a low brick wall between brick columns with pointed termination.
