Inleiding
BOERDERIJ bestaande uit woonhuis en schuur gebouwd in 1905 in 'Oud- Hollandse' neo-renaissance. Typologische variant van het kop-romptype. Het door twee linden overschaduwde erf wordt aan voorzijde afgezet door een laag gietijzeren hekwerk met zuiltjes uit de bouwtijd.

Boerderij bestaande uit woonhuis en schuur. Het deels onderkelderde en in rode kalkzandsteen opgetrokken woonhuis is op rechthoekige grondslag gebaseerd en omvat een bouwlaag en een verdieping onder het hoogopgaande zadeldak belegd met cementpannen; gietijzeren goot op gemetselde klossen. Gevelopbouw met plint, geglazuurde afzaten en opgaand metselwerk; zuidgevel gepleisterd met schijnvoeg. De symmetrische trapgevel met natuurstenen afdekplaten en diagonaal geplaatste en uitkragende kolommen bevat typerende kruiskozijnen en een gekoppeld raam op de verdieping voorzien van luiken voor het onderlicht; natuurstenen negblokken, lateien en sluit- en aanzetstenen; in de gevel twee natuurstenen platen met respectievelijk de opschriften ANNO en 1905; meedijzeren sierankers. De topgevel aan de achterkant wordt afgesloten door een ezelsrug.
De wat materiaalgebruik betreft vergelijkbare en op rechthoekige grondslag gebaseerde aangebouwde schuur wordt gedekt door een afgewolfd schilddak belegd met rode hollandse pan. In voorgevel geplaatste inrijdeur met getoogd bovenlicht met verticale roedeverdeling afgedekt met rollaag. Noordgevel met getoogde 9-ruits gietijzeren stalramen.

The partly cellared dwelling constructed of red sandstone brick is based on a rectangular plan and comprises one storey and an upper floor under the high-rising gabled roof clad with cement tiles; cast-iron gutter on brick corbels. Facade with plinth, glazed offsets and raised brickwork; south facade rendered with false mortar joints. The symmetrical stepped gable with natural stone coping slabs and diagonally placed and projecting columns contains typical cross windows and a coupled window on the upper floor provided with shutters for the fanlight; natural stone corner blocks, lintels and shutting and setting stones; in the facade two natural stone slabs with the inscriptions ANNO and 1905 respectively; wrought-iron ornamental wall anchors. The gable at the rear is finished with a roof ridge.
The attached barn, similar in material use and based on a rectangular plan, is covered by a half-hipped roof clad with red Dutch tiles. In the front facade a carriage entrance with arched fanlight with vertical glazing bars topped with a roll moulding. North facade with arched 9-pane cast-iron stable windows.
