Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ. Rode bakstenen van oorsprong 18de-eeuwse en 19de-eeuwse recent gerestaureerde boerderij (toponiem: 'Modder'), bestaande uit een woongedeelte (zuidzijde) en stal (noordzijde) onder een zadeldak, waarvan de schilden naar onderen uitzwenken. Het dak is aan de bovenzijde met riet en aan de onderzijde met rode pannen gedekt. De topgevel is aan weerszijden met houten verticale delen bekleed. Aan de ZO-zijde van het woongedeelte de bovenkamer: een aanbouw onder met rode pannen gedekt zadeldak, die oorspronkelijk waarschijnlijk tot in de 18de eeuw teruggaat.
Links in de voor(zuid-)gevel van het woongedeelte de toegangsdeur met 12-ruits bovenlicht. Aan de linkerzijde een 15 ruits schuifvenster en rechts twee schuifvensters met 35-ruitsindeling. In de linkergevel van het woongedeelte van links naar rechts een zes-ruitsvenster, een deur, een 24-ruitsvenster (van recente datum) en een zes-ruitsvenster. Aan de rechtergevel van het woongedeelte links een vier-ruitsvenster en rechts hiervan drie dubbele vier- ruitsvensters. In de korte zuidzijde van de aanbouw links een 16-ruitsschuifvenster en rechts een deur met drie-ruits bovenlicht. In de haaks op de voorgevel van het woonhuis geplaatste westgevel van de aanbouw een 28- ruits venster. In de oostgevel twee dubbele vier-ruitsvensters.
Centraal aan de entree(noord-)zijde van de stal een getoogde dubbele poort met sluitsteen met de initialen W.M.I.B. en het jaartal 1821. Links en rechts hiervan een getoogd zes-ruitsvenster. Aan de linker en rechter zijde van deze gevel een getoogde deur. In de linker en rechter zijde van de stal vijf getoogde zes-ruitsvensters.
Alle schuiframen hebben luiken voor de onderramen.

Description
FARMHOUSE. Red brick of originally 18th-century and 19th-century recently restored farmhouse (place name: 'Modder'), consisting of a dwelling part (south side) and barn (north side) under a gabled roof, the slates of which curve downward slightly. The roof is covered with thatch on the upper side and red tiles on the underside. The gable is clad with wooden vertical elements on either side. On the SE side of the dwelling part the upper chamber: an annex under a gabled roof covered in red tiles, which originally probably dates back to the 18th century.
On the left in the front (south) elevation of the dwelling part the access door with 12-pane fanlight. On the left side a 15-pane sash window and on the right two sash windows with 35-pane glazing. In the left elevation of the dwelling part from left to right a six-pane window, a door, a 24-pane window (of recent date) and a six-pane window. On the right elevation of the dwelling part on the left a four-pane window and to the right of this three double four-pane windows.
