Inleiding
Blok van zes DIENSTWONINGEN gebouwd in opdracht van het Ministerie van Justitie en gebouwd in 1919 naar ontwerp van J.G. Robbers. Samen met het eveneens beschermde blok van vier dienstwoningen Hoofdweg 68;70;72;74 staan de woningen bekend onder de naam de Tien Geboden. De achterzijde valt buiten de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Evenwijdig aan de weg gelegen, in sobere en functionele stijl gebouwde rij van zes woningen, opgetrokken uit baksteen en gedekt door een met pannen gedekt afgeplat schilddak met houten dakkapellen; eenvoudige houten goten op klossen. Dubbele 8-ruits schuiframen met grindbetonnen latei; boven de opgeklampte deur met klein raam en bovenlicht een grindbetonnen latei; gemetseld maaswerk voor toilet-ramen. Zijgevels met 8-ruits schuifraam.
Waardering
