Inleiding
Evenwijdig aan de weg gelegen BOERDERIJ genaamd Schultenhof, gebouwd in 1921 en typologisch neigend naar het landheren- type. Het woonhuis is uitgevoerd in sobere Overgangsarchitectuur met Art Nouveau motieven. De naastgelegen vrijstaande schuur valt buiten de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Boerderij bestaande uit schuur en woonhuis. Het woonhuis is op rechthoekige grondslag in baksteen opgetrokken en wordt gedekt door een inzwenkend schilddak belegd met een geglazuurde pan; overstek; schoorstenen met kappen; dakkapellen. Gevelopbouw met trasraam, vensters (oorspronkelijk T-vensters en persiennes) met lateien en een fries met decoratief geometrisch metselwerk. Noordzijde met entree in portiek, dubbele paneeldeur met Art Nouveau snijwerk, bovenlicht; boven de entree een dakkapel met zadeldak. Oostgevel met dakkapel met lessenaardak; twee gekoppelde 6-ruits ramen.Schuur: op rechthoekige grondslag en in baksteen opgetrokken; gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met pannen onderlangs; uileborden. Achtergevel met dubbele mestdeur met bovenlicht, inrijdeur met loopdeur en geheng; staafankers. Noordelijke zijgevel met paarsgewijs geplaatste stalvensters met gietijzeren roedeverdeling; loggia in noordoosthoek. Westelijke zijgevel met getoogde gietijzeren stalvensters.

The residential house is built on a rectangular base in brick and is covered by an inswung hipped roof laid with a glazed tile; overhang; chimneys with caps; roof dormers. Facade construction with travertine frame, windows (originally T-windows and blinds) with lintels and a frieze with decorative geometric brickwork. North side with entrance in porch, double panelled door with Art Nouveau carving, fanlight; above the entrance a roof dormer with saddle roof. East facade with roof dormer with lean-to roof; two coupled 6-pane windows. Barn: on a rectangular base and built of brick; covered by a half-hipped thatched roof with tiles along the bottom; owl holes. Rear facade with double manure door with fanlight, carriage entrance with pedestrian door and hinges; vertical-bar anchors. Northern side facade with paired arranged stable windows with cast-iron glazing bars; loggia in north-east corner. Western side facade with arched cast-iron stable windows.
