Haaks op de weg gelegen BOERDERIJ gebouwd in 1909. Het woonhuis is in Eclectische trant vormgegeven. Typologisch neigt de boerderij naar het landheren-type. Gevelstenen in portaal: J.E. 1909; en H.B.O. J.H.
Omschrijving
De boerderij omvat woonhuis, tussenlid en schuurgedeelte. Het verdiepingloze woonhuis is gebaseerd op een rechthoekig grondplan, uit baksteen opgetrokken en wordt gedekt door een met geglazuurde platte Friese pannen belegd schilddak; schoorstenen met sierkappen; gemetselde dakkapel met in de lisenen bosschage, brede geprofileerde gootlijst. Gevelopbouw met gepleisterde plint, lisenen met bossage, waterlijsten, ramen met siermetselwerk in boogvelden, brede geprofileerde gootlijst. Symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel met portiek met nissen in de zijwanden en een dubbele paneeldeur met bovenlicht. Oostgevel met keldervenster. Het tussenlid met pannen bedekt; geprofileerde gootlijst; gepleisterde plint en onder meer 6-ruits schuiframen. Het schuurgedeelte is in baksteen opgetrokken en voorzien van een afgewolfd rietdak met onderlangs geglazuurde hollandse pannen; uileborden met ruitvormige roedeverdeling. Inrijdeur met loopdeur en driehoekig bovenlicht met ruitvormige roedeverdeling; het bovenlicht loopt door in de geprofileerde daklijst; aan weerskanten een licht getoogd gietijzeren raam; zijgevels met getoogde gietijzeren ramen.

The farmhouse comprises a residential house, connecting section and barn part. The single-storey residential house is based on a rectangular ground plan, built of brick and is covered by a hipped roof laid with glazed flat Frisian tiles; chimneys with decorative caps; masonry roof dormer with bossage in the pilasters, wide moulded drip moulding. Facade construction with rendered plinth, pilasters with bossage, drip mouldings, windows with decorative brickwork in arch fields, wide moulded drip moulding. Symmetrically arranged front facade with porch with niches in the side walls and a double panelled door with fanlight. East facade with cellar window. The connecting section covered with tiles; moulded drip moulding; rendered plinth and among other things 6-pane sash windows. The barn section is built of brick and furnished with a half-hipped thatched roof with glazed Dutch tiles along the bottom; owl holes with diamond-shaped glazing bars. Carriage entrance with pedestrian door and triangular fanlight with diamond-shaped glazing bars; the fanlight continues into the moulded roof edge; on either side a slightly arched cast-iron window; side facades with arched cast-iron windows.
