Uit 1874 daterend machinegebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond, onder een plat dak, met haaks daarop het iets lagere ketelhuis. De bakstenen gevels van het machinegebouw worden geleed door gebosseerde lisenen op hardstenen sokkels. De linkeras is als risaliet uitgebouwd. Na de Tweede Wereldoorlog is het geveluiterlijk aanzienlijk versoberd; de bovenverdieping werd afgebroken en rondboogvensters werden vervangen door strakke, rechthoekige vensters in betonnen omlijstingen.
Het ketelhuis staat op rechthoekige plattegrond onder een met mastiek gedekt zadeldak. Op het dak staan gemetselde schoorstenen. De bakstenen gevels worden door gebosseerde lisenen op hardstenen sokkels in drie assen geleed en bezitten een hardstenen plint met rustica. Onder de daklijst is een bakstenen boogfries met hardstenen onderdelen aangebracht. De kopgevel bezit drie getoogde doorgangen met een geprofileerde sluitsteen in de ontlastingsboog. De twee middelste lisenen zijn in afwisselend rode en gele baksteen uitgevoerd. De beide andere gevels bevatten twee doorgangen onder een rechte hardstenen lijst en een doorgang met een hoog korfboogvormig bovenlicht dat door twee houten stijlen onderverdeeld is. Voorts twee gekoppelde rondboogvensters met een deelzuil met dobbelsteenkapiteel en een dichtgezet gekoppeld venster met een bakstenen deelzuil. De ontlastingsbogen boven doorgangen en vensters zijn geblokt.
De in 1901 aangebouwde machinekamer staat op complexe plattegrond, onder een plat dak. Het gebouw wordt bekroond door kantelen. De gevels zijn uitgevoerd in baksteen en voorzien van een hardstenen plint, boogfriezen met hardstenen onderdelen, hardstenen blokken, lijsten en gebeeldhouwde consoles. De gevels bezitten ieder een aanbouw onder een lessenaarsdak; de aanbouw tegen de zijgevel is het diepst en bezit aan weerszijden van de dakaanzet twee hardstenen schilden met het jaartal anno 1901. De voorgevel is aan de linkerkant driezijdig uitgebouwd. De ingang bevindt zich in het rechterdeel met daarboven twee blindnissen. Op de rechterhoek van de achtergevel is een achthoekige traptoren gesitueerd, met een rond door boognissen versierd bovenstuk en een kegelvormige spits met wijzerplaten en windvaan.
De vensters zijn in diverse vormen uitgevoerd, waaronder rondboog- en getoogde vensters, onderverdeeld door hardstenen en bakstenen stijlen, met geblokte ontlastingsbogen. De boogvelden zijn in geel/zwart/rode baksteen uitgevoerd. De toren bevat spleetlichten.

Machine building dating from 1874 on a rectangular plan, under a flat roof, with the slightly lower boiler house positioned at right angles to it. The brick facades of the machine building are articulated by channelled pilasters on stone bases. The left axis is extended as a risalit. After the Second World War the facade appearance was considerably simplified; the upper floor was demolished and round-arched windows were replaced by plain, rectangular windows in concrete frames.
The boiler house stands on a rectangular plan under a gabled roof covered with mastic. Brick chimneys stand on the roof. The brick facades are articulated by channelled pilasters on stone bases in three axes and possess a stone plinth with rustication. Below the roof cornice a brick arch frieze with stone elements is applied. The gable has three arched openings with a moulded keystone in the relieving arch. The two central pilasters are executed in alternating red and yellow brick. Both other facades contain two openings under a straight stone band and an opening with a tall basket-arched fanlight that is subdivided by two wooden mullions. Furthermore two coupled round-arched windows with a colonette with a block capital and a closed coupled window with a brick colonette. The relieving arches above openings and windows are rusticated.
The machine room built in 1901 stands on a complex plan, under a flat roof. The building is crowned with crenellations. The facades are executed in brick and provided with a stone plinth, arch friezes with stone elements, stone blocks, bands and carved consoles. The facades each possess an outbuilding under a lean-to roof; the outbuilding against the side facade is the deepest and possesses on either side of the roof junction two stone shields with the date anno 1901. The front facade is three-sided extended on the left side. The entrance is situated in the right part with two blind niches above it. On the right corner of the rear facade an octagonal stair tower is situated, with a round upper section decorated with arches and a conical spire with clock faces and weathervane.
The windows are executed in various forms, including round-arched and arched windows, subdivided by stone and brick mullions, with rusticated relieving arches. The arch fields are executed in yellow/black/red brick. The tower contains slot lights.
Valuation
