Rechterhelft van dubbel herenhuis uit ca. 1874, gebouwd door architect H.J. van den Brink in eclectische bouwstijl, met voornamelijk aan de renaissance, de Lodewijk XIV- en de Lodewijk XVI-stijl en het Empire ontleende motieven.
Omschrijving
Herenhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond, bestaande uit een souterrain, een gedrukte begane grond, twee verdiepingen en een mezzanino onder een dwars zinken roevendak, drie vensterassen breed.
De voorgevel is van baksteen, met gepleisterde begane grond, risaliet, mezzanino en vensteromlijstingen. Tegen de begane grond is een geblokte bepleistering aangebracht, op een hardstenen plint. Begane grond en eerste verdieping worden van elkaar gescheiden door een geprofileerde waterlijst, waarboven een hoog gepleisterd fries, die de vensters van de verdieping onderling verbindt.
De linkeras is als risaliet behandeld en zeer rijk uitgevoerd.
De hierin gesitueerde ingang, bestaande uit een paneeldeur (niet uit de bouwtijd), wordt omlijst door een gebosseerde bepleistering. Het rondboogvenster op de eerste verdieping, bezit een uit het gevelvlak uitstekende omlijsting op paarsgewijs geplaatste voluutconsoles. De omlijsting bestaat uit pilasters met gedecoreerde verdiepte velden, zwikversieringen met kransen en linten, een sluitsteen in de vorm van een rijk versierde cartouche, en decoratief lijstwerk onder de vensterbank. Op de tweede verdieping bezit het risaliet een geblokte bepleistering. Het T-kozijn is voorzien van een omlijsting met voluutvormige wangen en een kroonlijst met ornamenten in het fries. Het oeil-de-boeuf in de mezzanino wordt omlijst door lofwerk en bekroond door een sluitsteen met palmetbekroning. Het risaliet wordt afgesloten door een gebogen fronton op consoles.
Voor het overige bezit de gevel souterrainvensters, waarvan het rechter is voorzien van een hekwerk van cirkelvormig smeedijzer, op de begane grond gekoppelde schuifvensters met sluitstenen, op de eerste verdieping getoogde vensters voorzien van een geprofileerde omlijsting met sluitstenen met kopjes die een rechte kroonlijst dragen, en op de tweede verdieping T-kozijnen, eveneens voorzien van een geprofileerde omlijsting met sluitstenen, een rechte kroonlijst en onder de vensterbank consoles en decoratief lijstwerk. De gepleisterde mezzanino bezit liggende vensters, waartussen rozetten. De gekorniste kroonlijst rust op consoles en wordt bij het risaliet onderbroken door de sluitsteen van het oeil-de-boeuf. De achtergevel is gepleisterd met ingekraste groeven. De linkeras is als risaliet uitgevoerd en wordt beëindigd door een tuitgevel.

Mansion on rectangular plan, consisting of a basement, a low ground floor, two storeys and a mezzanine under a transverse zinc roevendak, three window bays wide.
The front façade is of brick, with plastered ground floor, risalit, mezzanine and window surrounds. Against the ground floor a rusticated plasterwork has been applied, on a stone plinth. Ground floor and first storey are separated from each other by a profiled drip moulding, above which a tall plastered frieze, which links the windows of the storey together.
The left axis is treated as a risalit and executed very richly.
The entrance situated in it, consisting of a panelled door (not original), is framed by rusticated plasterwork. The round-arched window on the first storey has a surround projecting from the façade plane on paired placed scroll consoles. The surround consists of pilasters with decorated recessed fields, spandrel ornaments with wreaths and ribbons, a keystone in the form of a richly decorated cartouche, and decorative moulding under the window sill. On the second storey the risalit has rusticated plasterwork. The cross window is provided with a surround with scroll-shaped cheeks and a cornice with ornaments in the frieze. The oeil-de-boeuf in the mezzanine is framed by foliage ornament and crowned by a keystone with palmette crowning. The risalit is terminated by a curved pediment on consoles.
Otherwise the façade has basement windows, of which the right one is provided with metalwork of circular wrought iron, on the ground floor coupled sash windows with keystones, on the first storey arched windows provided with a profiled surround with keystones with heads carrying a straight cornice, and on the second storey cross windows, likewise provided with a profiled surround with keystones, a straight cornice and under the window sill consoles and decorative moulding. The plastered mezzanine has horizontal windows, between which rosettes. The corniced cornice rests on consoles and is interrupted at the risalit by the keystone of the oeil-de-boeuf. The back façade is plastered with incised grooves. The left axis is executed as a risalit and is terminated by a spout gable.
