Voormalig Logement Alderts.
In aanleg mogelijk 18e eeuws gebouw op T-vormige plattegrond waaraan aan rechterzijde aangebouwd een vermoedelijk eveneens 18e eeuws huis op rechthoekige plattegrond.
Het witgepleisterde en van getrokken voegen voorziene hoofdgebouw is gedeeltelijk onderkelderd en wordt gedekt door respectievelijk een met verglaasde blauwe pannen belegd schilddak met twee schoorstenen en een met blauwe pannen belegd zadeldak.
Eenvoudig geprofileerde gootlijst. De houten deuromlijsting bestaat uit een eenvoudig hoofdgestel dat wordt gedragen door pilasters; staafankers; plint.
Het ter rechterzijde aangebouwde huis is opgetrokken uit baksteen en wordt gedekt door een met blauwe pannen belegd schilddak met schoorsteen; staafankers; eenvoudige gootlijst. Beide gebouwen dragen een 19e eeuws karakter respectievelijk door bepleistering en T-vensters, en door de zesruitsschuifvensters.

Former Logement Alderts.
A building possibly 18th century in layout on T-shaped plan to which at the right side is attached a house presumed likewise 18th century on rectangular plan.
The whitewashed main building, provided with struck joints, is partly cellaraged and is covered by respectively a hipped roof covered with glazed blue tiles with two chimneys and a gabled roof covered with blue tiles.
Simply profiled gutter moulding. The wooden door case consists of a simple main frame carried by pilasters; staple anchors; plinth.
The house attached at the right side is built of brick and is covered by a hipped roof covered with blue tiles with chimney; staple anchors; simple gutter moulding. Both buildings bear a 19th-century character respectively through rendering and T-windows, and by the six-pane sash windows.
