Tweede helft-19e-eeuwse of mogelijk iets oudere westtwentse BOERDERIJ van het middenlangsdeeltype.
Uit baksteen opgetrokken boerderij met middenlangsdeel onder deels met pannen (tot aan de gebintplaat), deels met riet gedekt aan voorzijde afgewolfd schilddak; overstek aan voor- en onderschoer aan achterzijde; windveren; schoorsteen op de scheiding van woon- en bedrijfsgedeelte; spatlijst.
In de voorgevel vierruitsraam, opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht en twee van elkaar in hoogte verschillende zesruitsschuiframen met opgeklampte luiken; in de achtergevel teruggeplaatste hoge deeldeuren, staldeur en deels niet oorspronkelijke stalvensters; in de zijgevels opgeklampte staldeuren en eveneens deels niet oorspronkelijke vensters.
Tweede helft-19e-eeuwse of mogelijk iets oudere boerderij van belang wegens de gave hoofdvorm, de karakteristieke westtwentse vormgeving, overstek en onderschoer en de detaillering van voor- en achtergevel.

Farmhouse from the second half of the 19th century or possibly slightly earlier, west Twente type with central through section.
Farmhouse built of brick with central through section under hipped roof partly covered with tiles (up to the roof truss plate), partly with thatch, curved at front; eaves overhang at front and under-tie at rear; wind braces; chimney on the division of residential and business sections; coping moulding.
In the front facade four-pane window, clamped door with fanlight and two six-pane sash windows of different heights with clamped shutters; in the rear facade relocated high part doors, stable door and partly non-original stable windows; in the side facades clamped stable doors and likewise partly non-original windows.
Farmhouse from the second half of the 19th century or possibly slightly earlier, of importance due to the intact main form, the characteristic west Twente character, eaves overhang and under-tie and the detailing of front and rear facades.
