19e eeuws gebouwtje onder rieten schilddak tegen rechte voorgevel; met overstek; staafankers, geschulpte windveren met makelaars en schoorsteen met bord. Zesruitsschuifvensters, halfronde- en ronde vensters met tracering; staldeuren en -vensters.
Het interieur bevat enig aardig meubilair voor museaal gebruik, waaronder een gehoutverfde bedstedenwand.

Former toll-keeper's cottage with smallholding; currently in use as a museum.
19th-century building with hipped roof of thatch against straight front facade; with eaves overhang; staple anchors, moulded wind braces with brackets and chimney with board. Six-pane sash windows, semi-circular and circular windows with tracery; stable doors and windows.
The interior contains some fine furniture for museum use, including a painted timber wall of bed alcoves.
