Midden 19e eeuws pand met verdieping onder dwarsgeplaatst pannen zadeldak, gepleisterde lijstgevel, waarvan de pui is voorzien van blokgroeven en een cordonlijst en waarvan de vensters op de verdieping zijn voorzien van gegroefde strekken.
Pand, wellicht nog deeluitmakend van de door J.D. Zocher ontworpen stadsuitleg ter plaatse van de v.m. stadswallen, van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur.

Building, possibly still forming part of the urban development designed by J.D. Zocher at the location of the former city walls, of simple yet harmonious architecture.
