Midden 19e eeuws hoekpand met verdieping onder pannen schilddak, geheel gepleisterd, de voorgevel is voorzien van schuifvensters zonder roedeverdeling, een tweedelig bovenlicht boven de ingang, een cordonlijst en een gekorniste kroonlijst; de rechterzijgevel bevat eveneens schuifvensters, een cordonlijst en voorts een goot op klossen. Pand, wellicht nog deeluitmakend van de door J.D. Zocher ontworpen stadsuitleg ter plaatse van de v.m. stadswallen, van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur.

Description
Mid-19th century corner building with storey under hipped roof with tiles, entirely plastered, the front facade is provided with sash windows without glazing bars, a two-part fanlight above the entrance, a string course and a corniced cornice; the right side gable likewise contains sash windows, a string course and furthermore a gutter on corbels. Building, possibly still forming part of the urban development designed by J.D. Zocher at the location of the former city walls, of simple yet harmonious architecture.
