Inleiding
WONING gebouwd in 1909 in opdracht van het Ministerie van Justitie en bestemd voor de dominee. Ontwerp, woningtype VII, van W.C. Metzelaar. Uitbreidingen met serres uit 1919. Naamsaanduiding verdwenen. Tuininrichting gewijzigd door aanleg terras en parkeerplaatsen.
Omschrijving
Sober en functioneel maar met aandacht voor ambachtelijke elementen gebouwd vrijstaand woonhuis met verdieping en later (1919) aangebouwde serres met gepleisterde gevels met gemetselde banden en gedekt door een zadeldak met pannen, windveren en eenvoudige goot op klossen; staafankers. Gevelindeling met lichtgetoogde vensters met een geblokte hanekam, enkele vensters met persiennes; natuurstenen vensterbanken met daaronder gemetselde blokken. In de topgevel kleinere vensters.
