Omschrijving
Uit het tweede kwart der 19e eeuw daterend pand, gepleisterd, met verdieping en mezzanino onder flauwhellend, met pannen gedekt zadeldak met schild aan linkerzijde, uitgevoerd in streng neo-classicistische trant. Beneden diepterugliggende schuifvensters, in het midden de ingang met geprofileerde omlijsting, op de verdieping drie T-vensters met geprofileerde omlijsting, met daarboven de tweedelige, verdiepte mezzaninovensters, voorts tussen de verdiepingen cordonlijsten, en een omlopende gegroefde kroonlijst. De achtergevel bevat verder eveneens verdiepte, tweedelige mezzanino vensters en cordonlijsten.
Pand, als gedeelte van een middenpaviljoen deeluitmakend van de door J.D. Zocher ontworpen stadsaanleg ter plaatse van de v.m. stadswallen van kenmerkende streng-neoclassicistische architectuur.

Description
Building dating from the second quarter of the 19th century, rendered, with a storey and mezzanine beneath gently sloping, tile-covered gabled roof with hipped section on the left side, executed in strict neo-classical style. Below deeply recessed sash windows, in the centre the entrance with moulded surround, on the storey above three T-windows with moulded surround, with above them the two-part, recessed mezzanine windows, furthermore between the storeys cord mouldings, and a continuous fluted cornice. The rear façade likewise contains recessed, two-part mezzanine windows and cord mouldings.
Building, forming part of a central pavilion as component of the urban layout designed by J.D. Zocher on the site of the former city walls, of characteristic strict neo-classical architecture.
