Omschrijving
Uit het tweede kwart der 19e eeuw daterend pand, geheel gepleisterd, met verdieping en mezzanino onder flauwhellend, met pannen gedekt zadeldak, uitgevoerd in streng neo-classicistische trant. De benedenverdieping bevat diepterugliggende T-vensters en een ingang met geprofileerde omlijsting, op de verdieping vier schuifvensters zonder roedeverdeling, met geprofileerde omlijsting, met daarboven de tweedelige, diepterugliggende mezzaninovensters en voorts tussen de verdiepingen cordonlijsten en afgesloten met een gegroefde kroonlijst, evenals de achtergevel, die voorts tweedelige, diepterugliggende mezzaninovensters bevat.

Description
Building dating from the second quarter of the 19th century, entirely rendered, with a storey and mezzanine beneath gently sloping, tile-covered gabled roof, executed in strict neo-classical style. The ground storey contains deeply recessed T-windows and an entrance with moulded surround, on the storey above four sash windows without glazing bars, with moulded surround, with above them the two-part, deeply recessed mezzanine windows and furthermore between the storeys cord mouldings and finished with a fluted cornice, as also the rear façade, which furthermore contains two-part, deeply recessed mezzanine windows.
Building, forming part of a central pavilion as component of the urban layout designed by J.D. Zocher on the site of the former city walls, of characteristic strict neo-classical architecture.
