Omschrijving
Uit het tweede kwart der 19e eeuw daterend pand (thans niet gepleisterd), met verdieping en mezzanino onder flauwhellend, met pannen gedekt zadeldak. Beneden twee terugliggende schuifvensters zonder roedeverdeling en in het midden de ingang met geprofileerde omlijsting, op de verdieping drie schuifvensters zonder roedeverdeling, met geprofileerde omlijsting, met daarboven de tweedelige, terugliggende mezzaninovensters, voorts cordonlijsten tussen de verdiepingen en een gegroefde kroonlijst, rechts gekornist. De achtergevel gepleisterd en voorzien van verdiepte, tweedelige mezzanino vensters en een gegroefde kroonlijst.
Pand, als gedeelte van een middenpaviljoen deeluitmakend van de door J.D. Zocher ontworpen stadsaanleg ter plaatse van de v.m. stadswallen van kenmerkende streng-neoclassicistische architectuur.

Description
Building dating from the second quarter of the 19th century (now unrendered), with a storey and mezzanine beneath gently sloping, tile-covered gabled roof. Below two recessed sash windows without glazing bars and in the centre the entrance with moulded surround, on the storey above three sash windows without glazing bars, with moulded surround, with above them the two-part, recessed mezzanine windows, furthermore cord mouldings between the storeys and a fluted cornice, with cornicing on the right. The rear façade rendered and furnished with recessed, two-part mezzanine windows and a fluted cornice.
Building, forming part of a central pavilion as component of the urban layout designed by J.D. Zocher on the site of the former city walls, of characteristic strict neo-classical architecture.
