The house is built from a rectangular ground plan and comprises a basement and two storeys under a hipped roof covered with flat Frisian tiles. The facades are enlivened with yellow brick and plasterwork. The facade openings are arched and provided with bevelled day edges. The front facade has a high stone plinth, a three-sided bay window with slanted sides and cornice to the left of the entrance and two windows to the right of it. The entrance section placed in the centre of the facade consists of a stone five-step stoop with mortared side walls and a portico with marble letterbox and original panelled door with cast-iron window fittings under worked calf with egg-and-dart moulding and fanlight. The facade is articulated by a string course. The T-windows on the storey are somewhat lower and on the bay platform (with non-original iron balustrade) two French doors emerge. All facade openings in the front facade and both side facades have arched upper windows under straight arches with bond and setting stones of yellow brick. The central bay is accentuated, as are the corners, by heavy plastered pilasters, which are blocked on the ground floor and on the storey are provided with casements. The front and side facades are terminated by a corniced entablature. Above the central bay stands on the cornice an original wooden roof dormer with volutes on the wing pieces, an arched openable window, zinc-clad sides, a profiled cornice and a curved pediment. Against the right side facade stands a discordant, attached conservatory and on the storey there is a semicircular niche with profile moulding, between French doors with a non-original French balcony. The rear facade is provided with a plastered plinth, arched windows under segment arches, French doors above brick stoops and a broad, non-original roof dormer in the roof slope. The left side facade is largely obscured behind the walls of the neighbouring building. The still visible wall section contains per storey an arched window as in the rear facade and a small, partly in the main frame projecting, horizontal small window. The original roof dormer with flat roof in the left roof slope is somewhat simpler in execution than that at the front. In the plastered plinth arched small windows are placed behind a semicircular opening. The boundary fence at the front of the house is formed by chains between heavy cast-iron balusters. Valuation
