Uit het tweede kwart der negentiende eeuw daterend langgerekt pand, vrijwel geheel gepleisterd, met verdieping en mezzanino onder flauwhellend, met pannen gedekt schilddak, uitgevoerd in streng-neoclassicistische trant, beneden resteren nog enkele diepterugliggende schuifvensters, voorts bezit de voorgevel diepterugliggende, tweedelige mezzaninovensters, alsmede cordonlijsten, de gevels worden afgesloten door een omlopende, gecorniste gegroefde kroonlijst. Meerdere woningen omvattend pand, als middenpaviljoen deeluitmakend van de door J.D. Zocher ontworpen stadsuitleg ter plaatse van de voormalige stadswallen, van kenmerkende streng-neoclassicistische architectuur.

Description
Elongated building dating from the second quarter of the 19th century, virtually entirely rendered, with upper storey and mezzanine beneath a gently-pitched, tile-clad hipped roof, executed in strict neoclassical style, some deep-set sash windows remain on the ground floor, furthermore the front facade possesses deep-set, two-part mezzanine windows, as well as cordon lines, the facades are terminated by a continuous, corniced grooved cornice. Building comprising multiple dwellings, forming the centre pavilion of the urban development designed by J.D. Zocher at the site of the former city walls, of characteristic strict neoclassical architecture.
