Omschrijving
15e eeuws PAND, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen en een kap evenwijdig aan de straat. Het betreft hier een deel van een breed middeleeuws pand, thans bekend als 1e Achterstraat 1, 2 en 3, dat later in drie woningen is gesplitst.
Het pand heeft zowel op de begane grond als op de verdieping een moer- en kinderbalklaag met peerkraal-sleutelstukken. De eikehouten kap is vrijwel gaaf bewaard gebleven en bestaat uit een spant van twee jukken. De kelder is een latere bedsteekelder.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang en van belang als deel van een groter en markant gelegen gebouw.

Description
15th-century BUILDING, consisting of two storeys and a roof parallel to the street. This concerns part of a broad medieval building, now known as 1e Achterstraat 1, 2 and 3, which was later divided into three dwellings.
The building has on both the ground floor and the upper floor a principal and secondary beam layer with pear-pearl keystone pieces. The oak roof has been preserved virtually intact and consists of a truss of two bays. The cellar is a later bedstead cellar.
The building is of architectural-historical importance and of importance as part of a larger and prominent building.
