Inleiding
BOERDERIJ gebouwd rond 1870 in een ambachtelijk traditionele stijl. De boerderij is een voorbeeld van het hallehuistype met zijbaander; voor het woongedeelte staan een karakteristieke rij lindebomen. De bescherming betreft de hoofdvorm en omvat niet de bijgebouwen.
Omschrijving.
Boerderij met een constructie van ankerbalkgebinten en gevels in baksteen opgetrokken en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met gevlochten stronok; schoorsteen in de nok. Gevelopbouw woonhuis met 6-ruits schuiframen afgedekt door een rollaag; 2-ruits zolderramen in de kopse gevel. Noordgevel met klein venster; een kelderraam en een 6-ruits opkamerraam. Baander in de zuidelijke zijgevel.
Waardering
Boerderij van architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege de vormgeving en het materiaalgebruik. Vanwege de ligging en de samenhang tussen bebouwing en erfbeplanting ook van stedenbouwkundig belang voor het gehucht Ter Horst.

Farmhouse of architectural-historical importance because of its design and use of materials. Because of its location and the connection between buildings and grounds landscaping, also of town-planning importance for the hamlet Ter Horst.
