Inleiding
BOERDERIJ gebouwd rond 1895 in een ambachtelijk traditionele stijl. De boerderij neigt naar het krimpentype.

Boerderij met een constructie van dekbalkgebinten, in baksteen opgetrokken gevels en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak op de schuur en een afgewolfd pannendak op het woonhuis (friese golfpan); schoorsteen in de nok en in het oostelijke zijschild. Gevelopbouw met gepleisterde plint, opgaand metselwerk en getoogde T-vensters onder strekken; geprofileerde daklijst met geprofileerde gietijzeren goot. De asymmetrische kopse gevel heeft een kelderraam met diefijzers en drie getoogde T-vensters en drie getoogde verdiepingsramen. In de oostelijke zijgevel een paneeldeur met bovenlicht. De overgang naar de schuur wordt gemarkeerd door een scheef ingezette wagendeur. Zijgevels met getoogde gietijzeren stalramen. Achtergevel van links naar rechts: een getoogde baander met loopdeur, twee staldeuren met bovenlicht en twee mestdeuren. Drie gietijzeren zolderramen en in het metselwerk opgenomen staafankers. De westelijke zijgevel heeft getoogde gietijzeren 6-ruits stalramen en mestdeuren. In de krimp naar het woonhuis een 4-ruits raam.

Farm with a structure of tie-beam trusses, brick-built gables and covered by a curved thatched roof on the barn and a curved tile roof on the farmhouse (Frisian barrel tile); chimney in the ridge and in the eastern side slope. Facade construction with plastered plinth, ascending masonry and arched T-windows beneath stretchers; profiled roof-line with profiled cast-iron gutter. The asymmetrical gable end has a cellar window with burglar bars and three arched T-windows and three arched upper-storey windows. In the eastern side gable a panel door with fanlight. The transition to the barn is marked by an obliquely set cart door. Side gables with arched cast-iron stable windows. Rear gable from left to right: an arched Dutch barn door with wicket door, two stable doors with fanlight and two muck doors. Three cast-iron loft windows and in the masonry incorporated wall anchors. The western side gable has arched cast-iron 6-pane stable windows and muck doors. In the diminishing towards the farmhouse a 4-pane window.
